"The boy and girl shoes are fighting and they dropped off"

Cutie Yan

Just this Friday (1/11/2008), we bought a new winter white hamster for Sydney as pet. The kids were very excited and bubbling away when we got home. Sydney had a name readily for him, "Cutie". Audrey said "Cutie pee pee and poo poo".

Madness

Audrey not eating her dinner, daddy sternly told her to stay in the kitchen and finish up. She starts to cry,
"Daddy mad at me"
"Why"
"Because he doesn't like me"
"Why"
"Because daddy mad at me"
(Answered question and its an endless cyclic reply .. :))

(very good reason for daddy not to be angry with her ... :))

I was reading "Little Red Hen" to Audrey. The dog, cat and goose are not helping the little red hen to plant. "Why are they not helping ?", I asked Audrey. "Because they have no "hends"". Audrey is starting to get corny. Wait, don't hens eat corns ... hmm ... (actually last sentence from daddy ..:))

Yet another year had past. There were significant milestones for Sydney and Audrey.

Audrey started school. She goes to King of Kings twice a week and St Catherine Preschool once a week. She will tell me "I like my friends and teacher".



Sydney is playing piano and enjoys reading mysteries books. Her favourite books are Cam Janson, Magic Tree House and Nate the Great. She can write "A-Z, a-z, 1-20" and do simple addition and substraction
